Reso 1751 20-TM-77 RESOLUTION NO. 1751 OF THE PLANNING COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF CUPERTINO RECOMMENDING APPROVAL OF A TENTATIVE MAP TO COMBINE TWO PARCELS INTO ONE PARCEL. APPLICANT: The Koll Company (WTW, Inc.) ADDRESS: 3130 Coronado Drive, Santa Clara, California 95050 SUBMITTED: August 26, 1977 LOCATION: Northeast corner of the intersection of Bandley Dr. and Stevens Creek Blvd. ACREAGE: 1.05 acres FINDINGS AND SUBCONCLUSIONS: Approval is recommended subject to the findings as set forth on Page 1 and subconclusions as set forth in the minutes of the Planning Commission meeting of October 10, 1977. CONDITIONS: 1-14. Standard Conditions to the extent that they do not conflict with the special conditions enumerated herein. In the event a conflict does exist, the special conditions enumerated herein shall apply. 15. That the approval is based upon Exhibit A of Application 20-TM-77 as may.. be amended by additional conditions contained herein. 16. It is recognized that Application 20-TM-77 is a companion application with Application 17-TM-77 and that the recordation of the final parcel map associated with this approval shall consecutively and on the same day following transfer of ownership of Parcel C of Application 17-TM-77 to the owners of the Home Savings parcel which shall follow the recordation of the final parcel map associated with Application 17-TM-77. This application shall be held invalid if these actions are not filed consecutively on the same day in order as prescribed above. 17. The applicant shall record a deed restriction and covenant running with the land, which is acceptable to the City Attorney, providing the reciprocal cross vehicular circulation and ingress/egress easements with all of the properties bordering the subject site.
