Reso 1754 24-TM-77 • RESOLUTION NO. 1754 OF THE PLANNING COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF CUPERTINO RECOMMENDING APPROVAL OF A TENTATIVE MAP TO ADJUST LOT LINES INVOLVING THREE PARCELS AND TO CONSOLIDATE TWO OF SAID PARCELS INTO A SINGLE PARCEL. APPLICANT: Mark Thomas & Company, Inc. ADDRESS: 18 North San Pedro Street, San Jose, California 95110 SUBMITTED: September 16, 1977 LOCATION: Easterly of and adjacent to Foothill Blvd. approximately 100 ft. northerly of the intersection of Cupertino Rd. and Foothill Blvd. FINDINGS AND SUBCONCLUSIONS: Approval is recommended subject to the findings as set forth on Page 1 and subconclusions as set forth in the minutes of the Planning Commission meeting of October 10, 1977. CONDITIONS: 1-14. Standard Conditions to the extent that they do not conflict with the special conditions enumerated herein. In the event a conflict does Sexist, the special conditions enumerated herein shall apply. 15. That the approval is based upon Exhibit A of Application 24-TM-77 as may be amended by the additional conditions contained herein.
