OF THE PLANNING COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF CUPERTINO
RECOMMENDING APPROVAL OF A REQUEST FOR REZONING
APPROXIMATELY 2.03 ACRES FROM A1-43 (AGRICULTURAL,
RESIDENTIAL, 1-ACRE LOTS) TO P (PLANNED DEVELOPMENT
WITH MINI-STORAGE AND RESIDENTIAL USE INTENT) .

LOCATION: Adjacent to and southerly of Freeway 280 right of way and easterly
of North Blaney Avenue.
CONDITIONS:
1-14. Standard Conditions to the extent that they do not conflict with the
special conditions enumerated herein. In the event a conflict does exist,
• the special conditions enumerated. herein shall apply.

15. That the approval is based upon Exhibit A of 27-Z-77 ,as may be amended
by additicnal conditions contained herein.
16. The 108 x 150 dimensional residential site is designated for a residential
land use with an allowable maximum dwelling unit per acre intensity range
of 4.4 to 7.7 dwellings per gross acre. The final density, tenancy type,
and design shall be determined in conjunction with a use permit applica-
• tion as provided by the Planned Development Zoning Ordinance. The exist-
ing single-family residential dwelling use may remain indefinitely.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 14th day of November, 1977, at a regular meeting of
the Planning Commission of the City of Cupertino, State of California, by
the following roll call vote:
