Reso 1790 27-TM-77 RESOLUTION NO. 1790 OF THE PLANNING COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF CUPERTINO ® RECOMMENDING APPROVAL OF A TENTATIVE MAP TO DIVIDE APPROXIMATELY SIX ACRES INTO TWO PARCELS • APPLICANT: Dr. Joseph F. Brown ADDRESS: 10365 N. De Anza Blvd. , Cupertino, California 95014 SUBMITTED: October 10, 1977 LOCATION: Northerly terminus of Bandley Drive FINDINGS AND SUBCONCLUSIONS: Approval is recommended subject to the findings as set forth on Page 1 and subconclusions as set forth in the minutes of the Planning Commission meeting of December 12, 1977. • CONDITIONS: 1-14. Standard Conditions ,to the extent that they do not conflict with the special conditions enumerated'herein. In the event a conflict does exist, the special conditions enumerated herein shall apply. 15. The approval is based upon Exhibit A of Application 27-TM-77 as may be modified by • additional conditions contained herein. 16. That the applicant shall install a mini cul-de-sac at the terminus of Fargo Drive and shall participate in partial improvements for a mini cul-de-sac at the terminus of Hanford Drive. The mini cul-de-sac at Fargo Drive shall be installed in conjunction with this application.
