APPLICANT: CNA Development Co. , Inc. ADDRESS: 425 First St. , Los Altos (Mailing: P. 0. Box 4627, Mt. View 94040) SUBMITTED: April 16, 1976 LOCATION: Westerly and adjacent to Prado Vista Dr. approximately 230 ft. southerly of the intersection of Stevens Creek Blvd. and Prado Vista Dr. ACREAGE: 1+ acres FURTHER FINDINGS : 1. That the tentative map is consistent with the General Plan. CONDITIONS: 1-14. Standard Conditions to the extent that they do not conflict with the special conditions enumerated herein. In the event a conflict does exist, the special conditions as enumerated herein shall apply. 15. That the approval is based upon tentative map application labeled Exhibit A of 13-TM-76 as may be amended by additional conditions contained herein. 110 16. That the applicant/developer/owner shall be required to install a common driveway eighteen (18) feet in width along the property line separating Lots 2 and 3 which will provide access to Lots 2 • and 3. Said driveway shall be installed in conjunction with the other subdivision improvements and shall be bonded in a similar manner.
