PLANNING COMMISSION RESOLUTION NO. 204
WHEREAS, the Planning Commission of the City of Cupertino received
the application of AMERICAN OIL COMPANY for a USE PERMIT for a service
station; and
WHEREAS, the applicant has met the burden of proof required to
support his said application.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED:
That after careful consideration of maps, facts, exhibits and
other evidence submitted in this matter, the application for the USE
PERMIT be, and the same is hereby granted, subject to the following
conditions:
1 - 12 Exhibit B
13 H-Committee review of all plans
14 Contributing to the cost of traffic signals at this in-
tersection. Amount to be determined by the City Council.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED:
That the report of findings attached hereto be approved and
adopted, and that the Secretary be, and is hereby directed to notify
® the parties affected by this Decisions
PASSED AND ADOPTED by the Planning Commission of the City of Cup-
ertino, State of California, this 13th day of April, 1964, by the fol-
lowing roll call vote:
