P:iTRSON for a USE PERMIT for a Child Day,,Care Center; and WHEREAS, the 'applicant has met the burden of proof required to support his said application. NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ,RESOLVED: That after careful consideration of maps, facts, exhibits and other evidence submitted in this matter, the application for the USE PERMIT be, and the same is hereby granted, subject to the following conditions: 1. Use Permit to extend for a period of three (3) years. A new application'must be made at the end of that period to renew the Use Permit. BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED: That the report of findings, attached hereto be approved and. adopted, and : that the Secretary be, and is hereby directed to notify the parties affected by this decision.
