Highway 9; and WHEREAS, the applicant has met the burden of proof required to support his said application. NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED: That after careful consideration of maps, facts, exhibits and other evidence submitted in this matter, the application for the USE PERMIT be, and the same is hereby granted, subject to the following conditions: 1. H-Control Committee review 2. Use Permit extend for a period of 2 years and, is renew- able by applicant without additional hearings at the end of that period.
