A RESOLUTION OF THE PLANNING COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF CUPERTINO
RECOMMENDING ENACTMENT OF THE PROPOSED ORDINAL\TCE NO. 47 (a) , BE-
ING AN AMENDMENT TO SUBDIVISION ORDINANCE NO, 47 OF THE CITY,
ESTABLISHING HILLSIDE SUBDIVISIONS, BY THE ADDITION OF SECTION 27
THERETO,
WHEREAS, on June 11, 1962, the Planning Commission re-
viewed the proposed Ordinance Ho. 47 (a) theretofore referred
to it by the City Cpuncil that Section 27 be added to Subdi-
vision Ordinance Noy, 47, establishing hillside subdivisions, and
WHEREAS, after due consideration, the Planning Commission
finds that it is in the best interests of the City that the hill-
side subdivision ordinance be added to the subdivision ordinance
of the City.
11/ NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED:That the proposed Ordinance Non, Li.7(a) be enacted as an
amendment to Ordinance No, 47,
PASSED AND ADOPTED, at a regular meeting of the Planning
Commission of the City of Cupertino, this nth day of June,
1962, by the following vote:
