A RESOLUTION OF THE PLANNING COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF CUPERTINO APPROV-
0 ING PROPOSED. ORDINANCE NO. 002(h) ADDING PA-PH AND Ml-PH CLASSIFICATIONS
TO THE ZONING ORDINANCE OF THE CITY, SUBJECT TO CERTAIN CONDITIONS AS
SET FORTH HEREIN.
WHEREAS, the proposed Ordinance No. 002(h), copy of which is annexed
hereto and made part hereof, has been duly considered by the Planning
Commission after duly noticed public hearings, and
WHEREAS, the proposed ordinance is found to be in cOmpliance-with
the law and will promote the general welfare of the City;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED:
That the Planning Commission of the City of Cupertino hereby
approves the, aforesaid proposed ordinance and, in connection therewith
and as a result of public hearings thereon, recommends that the City
Council consider the following changes and modifications thereof, to
be a part of the recommended ordinance.
1. Page 2, Section 2: 5 - At the end of the section, after
the word "fence", add "or masonry wall" .
2. Page 2, - Add the following sections:
Section 2:8: Architectural Review: ' Subject to the
, ill
provisions of Ordinance No. 002(f) of the. City with the
addition of the following regulation:
In the event landscaping is not completed at the time
of occupancy due to weather conditions, a bond shall
be posted with the City Clerk in the amount to be _
determined by at least two (2) lawful bids.
Section 2: 9: Occupancy. Permit: No building or struc-
ture hereafter erected shall be occupied until written
notice has been received by the Building Official of, the
City that it is 'ready for occupancy, inspection has been
made, that it is in conformity with the ordinances of the
City and an occupancy permit issued therefor by the Build-
ing Official of the City.
3. Page 3, Section 4; 1(b), Line 16 - Change the word
"Bent" to"beat" .
4. Page 3, Section 4: 3 -- Change the wording "300 feet"
to "250 square fee ,
5. Page 4, Section 4:5, Line 7 - After the word "fence",
add the, wording ' or masonry wall" .
6. Page 4, Section 4:7 - Change the wording in the last
line to read " Committee, and/or City streets" .

7. Page 4, Section 4: 8: Section 4: 8 is deleted and in
• its place is substituted the following:

• Section. 4: 8: Utilities:. All utilities including - •
water; ,gas, sanitary. and storm sewers, underground . power
system, electroliers, curbs, gutters, - streets and side-
. walks and connections to main systems shall be installed
subject to . the specifications of the subdivision ordinance
: .of the City. All wires, pipes, cables and utility conned-
'clans shall be placed in underground or subsurface conduits.
An underground vault or well screened area- must be provided
by the .developer for the installation of the necessary. : •
transformers to convert power to that required by any .
