WHEREAS, the Planning Commission of the City of Cupertino received the
application. of The American Legion Post -�642 for a USE PERMIT for
An American Legion Hall at 20860 McClellan Road
; and
WHEREAS, the applicant C has not met the burden of proof required
to support his said application.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED:
That after careful consideration of maps, facts, exhibits and other
evidence submitted in this matter, the application for the USE PERMIT be,
