WHEREAS, the Planning Commission of the City of Cupertino received the
application of J. A. Moreing for a USE PERMIT for
A Standard Oil Gas Station at the northwest corner of Rla_ney

WHEREAS, the applicant has not met the burden of proof required
to support his said application.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED:
That after careful consideration of maps, facts, exhibits and other
evidence submitted in this matter, the application for the USE PERMIT be,

The application for a USE PERMIT on behalf of J. A. Moire ing
does not meet/ the following require-
ments:
(a) Encourages the most appropriate use of land,
(b) Conserves and stabilizes the value of property,
(c) Provides for adequate open spaces for light and air,
(d) Permits adequate control of fires,
• (e) Promotes the health, safety and public welfare,
(f) Provides for the orderly development of the City, and
(g) Is advantageous to the property and improvements in the zoning
district and neighborhood in which the property is located.
