• RESOLUTION OF THE PLANNING COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF CUPERTINO RECOMMEND-
ING GRANTING A ZONE CHt?NGE FROM A=2:B-4 ZONE TO AN M-1-H, ZONE. ;
C-1-H, R-3-H, & PO-H
WHEREAS, the attached application has been submitted to the CLty
of Cupertino requesting a change of zone 'r th&zon.ingrbguIationpthe: _..
City from an A-2:B-1 District to an M-1-H, District, and
C-1-H, R-3-H, & PO-H
WHEREAS, the Planning Commission has held at least one public hear-
ing in regard to the application on the date as noted on said application,
and
WHEREAS, the Planning Commission has duly considered and heard all
evidence submitted in regard to said application, and
WHEREAS, the necessary public notices have been given as required

1 . That the Planning Commission finds that the proposed zone change:
a Encourages the most appropriate use or' land,
b Conserves and stabilizes the value of prespert '"
c Provides for adequate open spaces for light and air,
IIId Permits adequate control of fires,
eS Promotes the health, safety and public welfare,
f) Provides for the orderly development of the City, 1
g Is .-advanta'eousto the property and improvements in the
zbhing "distridt 'and neighborhood in which the property
is located.
2. That said Planning Commission, therefore, reports favorably to
the City Council in the matter of granting said zone change. Said approval
to be subject to the following conditions;
