The school district Trustees skill make an explicit commitment to the city that they or the electronics firm will clean up and maintain the yard, .repair the obvious external damage, paint the exterior if necessary, and k.ep the entire property in a fit and orderly condition insofar as external appearances are concerned. II. That upon execution of these requirements the Commission will recommend a use yermit to the Council conditioned as follows : 1. The building is to be used for an educational program in electronic$ techniques and assembly including such research and office work as may be reasonably necessary at this location as an incident to this training. work by trainees on regular company products is not • forbidden. However, it is not intended that this wording, be extended to allow ordinary routine manufacturing or office use subsequent to a reasonable training period. 2. Any permission recorr►ended or granted is expressly limited to this particular program by this firm; and is justified on the reasonable expectation of general aid substantial benefits accruing to the residents and taxpayers of the entire school r ietrict thru new job opportunities and new plant taxes in the neighborhood under these particular circumstances, It is explicitly understood that this position by the Commission is based on particular representations made to them for this ono situation. This case is not to be construed as precedent-setting. 410 Any later use of the building by other people will have to be analyzed when explicit representations and commitments are made concerning what is proposed next. . This proposed use permit is to expire at once upon the happening of any one of the following events: a. The building and grounds are vacated by this electonies firm for any reason. b.
