APPROVING A SECOND STORY ADDITION TO AN EXISTING SINGLE-STORY
DWELLING AUTHORIZING VERTICAL EXTENSION ALONG AN
EXISTING SIDEYARD SETBACK LINE
RESULTING IN A 5'0" SIDEYARD SETBACK IN LIEU OF A 10 FOOT SETBACK
REQUIRED FORA PROPERTY LOCATED AT 7524 WATERFORD DRIVE

WHEREAS, the Planning Commission has held a public hearing on the
proposed \ request to extend vertically along an existing building setback
line; and
WHEREAS, Due notice of said proceedings has been given in accordance
with Section 12 of Ordinance 1374; and
Upon (consideration of a written and verbal testimony together with
maps, diagrams and related factual data.
NOW, THEREFORE, THE PLANNING COMMISSION FINDS AS FOLLOWS:
a. The use or uses are in conformance with the General Plan and are
not detrimental to existing uses or to uses specifically permitted
. in the zone in which the proposed use is to be located.
b. The property involved is adequate in size and shape to accommodate
the proposed variation in setback or height.
c. The proposed use is otherwise not detrimental to the health,
safety, peace, morals, and general welfare of persons residing or
working in the neighborhood of such proposed use nor injurious to
property and improvements in the neighborhood.
d. App\roval is based on Exhibits A, B, B-1 and B-2 of Application
4 M-87
