DE ANZA BOULEVARD CUPERTINO, CALIFORNIA 95014 1110 RESOLUTION NO. 3093 OF THE PLANNING COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF CUPERTINO DENYING A TENTATIVE NAP TO SUBDIVIDE 1 PARCEL INTO 4 PAROFTS WITH LOT SIZES RANGING FROM 7,500 SQ. FT. TO 8,500 SQ. FT. SECTION I: FINDINGS WHEREAS, the City of Cupertino has received an application for a Tentative Subdivision Map, as described on Page 2 of this Resolution; and WHEREAS, the necessary public notices have been given in accordance with the Subdivision and Procedural Ordinances of the City of Cupertino, and the Planning Commission has held one or more Public Hearings on this matter: and WHEREAS, the Planning Commission finds as follows with regard to this application: 1) The density is too high. • 2) The site is not physically suitable to accommodate the proposed development. 3) The proposal is not compatible with the surrounding neighborhood. NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED That after careful consideration of maps, facts, exhibits, testimony and other evidence submitted in this matter, the application for Tentative Map is hereby recommended for denial.
