OF THE PLANNING COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF CUPERTINO
APPROVING A MINOR AMENDMENT TO USE PERMIT 4 U-86
TO MODIFY THE DISTRIBUTION OF PARING FOR
A COMMERCIAL/OFFICE/RESIDENTIAL COMPLEX
SECTION I: FINDINGS
1) The proposed distribution of 2,278 parking spaces is consistent with
the minimum parking requirements for the complex as defined in the
March, 1986 Barton-Aschman study.
2) The ratio of compact-size to standard-size parking stalls is
consistent with condition 20(b) of use permit 18 TJ-84.
3) The residual area formally occupied by parking south of OB3 and OB4
is encouraged to develop as a residential use area.
