Reso 2749 RESOLUTION NO. 2749 OF THE PLANNING COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF CUPERTINO RECOMMENDING THAT THE CITY'S EXISTING TRAILER ORDINANCE . (ORDINANCE NO. 276) IS REPEALED AND REPLACED WITH THE ATTACHED ORDINANCE TITLED "TRAILER AND PARKING ORDINANCE". APPLICANT: City of Cupertino ADDRESS: 10300 Torre Avenue, Cupertino, California 95014 SUBMITTED:November 20, 1985 LOCATION: City-wide FINDINGS AND SUBCONCLUSIONS: Approval is subject to the findings as set forth on Page 1 and the subconclusions as set forth in the minutes of the Planning Commission meeting of December 9, 1985 and as follows: 1. The attached Ordinance will clarify the City's intent with regards to the parking of trailers and other vehicles. 2.
