Reso 2740 RESOLUTION NO. 2740 OF THE PLANNING COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF CUPERTINO finds that the conversion of 250 sq. ft. of building space for an office/retail activity to a retail feed store is not a more intrusive use of a legal non-conforming building. FINDING: 1. That the operation is limited to 250 feet of floor space and the retailing pet supplies and bulk feed. 2. That the operation will be managed and staffed by employees of the microfilming mi ng operation. 3. That the applicant will reaffirm a previous committment to participate in the improvement of the parking lot on the Peninsula Avenue right-of-way.
