store is not a more intrusive use of a legal
non-conforming building.

FINDINGS AND SUBOONCLUSIONS:
Approval is subject to the findings as set forth on Page 1 and the
subconclusions as set forth in the minutes of the Planning Commission
meeting of December 11, 1985.
FINDING:
1. That the operation is limited to 250 feet of floor space and the
retailing pet supplies and bulk feed.
2. That the operation will be managed and staffed by employees of the
microfilming mi ng operation.
3. That the applicant will reaffirm a previous committment to
participate in the improvement of the parking lot on the Peninsula
Avenue right-of-way.
