NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED : 1 . That the Planning Commission makes the following findings : a. That the proposed map is consistent with the general and specific plans . b. That the design or improvement of the proposed subdivision is consistent with the general and specific plans . c. That the site is physically suitable for the type of development. d. That the site is physically suitable for the proposed density of development. e . That the design of the subdivision or the proposed improvements are not likely to cause substantial environmental damage or substantially and avoidably injure fish or wildlife or their habitat. f . That the design of the subdivision or the type of improvements are not likely to cause serious public health problems . g. STREET CLOSURE The applicant shall be responsible for frontage improvements for a new cul-de-sac if a decision is made to close Silverado Avenue in connection with an areawide circulation plan. The obligation shall be deferred until a decision is made regarding said areawide circulation plan. The obligation shall be terminated if a plan is not approved by May 21, 1987, which is three years from date of approval of Use Permit Application -U-84. 20. STORM DRAINS The applicant shall provide adequate drainage to storm • facilities as determined by the Public Works Department. This may include requiring the applicant to connect to a storm drain located at the rear of house across the street from the subject property. The applicant shall be responsible for obtaining any necessary easements.
