Standard Conditions to the extent that they do not conflict with the special conditions enumerated herein. The homes to be built on the subject property shall conform in all respects with the requirements of the R1 Zoning District. 18. The applicant shall meet with City staff to attempt to better realign the proposed new street with Rodrigues Avenue at its intersection with Blaney Avenue.
