Staff shall have the discretion to approve removal of trees located within the public right-of-way or which inhibit the reasonable use of individual lots. • ^. COMMON DRIVEWAYS • The four parcels fronting Stelling Road (Lots 5, 6, 7 and 8) shall share a single common driveway and the two flag lots fronting Tula Lane (Lots 2 and 4) shall share a common driveway. Reciprocal cross easements and maintenance agreements shall be recorded for each common driveway, subject to review by the City Attorney.
