ACTIVITY CENTER WITH KITCHEN FACILITIES AT THE CUPERTINO HILLS SWIM AND RACOUET CLUB. APPLICANT: Cupertino Hills Swim ar:d Racquet. Club ADDRESS: 22090 Rae Lane, Cupertino, California 95014 SUBMITTED: October 1 , 1984 LOCATION: 7,70 ft. westerly of the intersection of Rae Lane and Linda Vista Drive FINDINGS AND SUBCONCLUS I ONS: Approval is subject to the findings as set forth on Page 1 and the subconcl usi ons as set forth in the minutes of the Planning Commission meeting of January 14, 1985. CONDITIONS: • 1-15. STANDARD CONDITIONS Standard Conditions to the extent that they do not conflict with the special conditions enumerated herein. In the event a conflict does exist , the special conditions as enumerated herein shall apply. .• 16. APPROVED EXHIBITS That the recommendation of approval is based on Exhibit A 1st Revision, B, C 1st Revision , C-1 and D of Application 15-U-68 (Revised) except as may be amended by special conditions enumerated herein. 17. ELIMINATION OF PORTION OF CONCRETE DECK • The six foot concrete deck area located south of the proposed steps, on the west side of the building , shall be eliminated in favor of landscape area. 1e. That the use or uses are in conformance with the General Plan and is not detrimental to existing uses or to uses specifically permitted in the zone in which the proposed use is to be located. b. That the property involved is adequate in size and shape to' accomodate the proposed use. c. That the proposed use is otherwise not detrimental to the health, safety, peace, morals and general welfare of persons residing or working in the neighborhood of •such proposed use nor injurious to property and improvements in the neighborhood. NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED: That after careful consideration of maps, facts, exhibits and other evidence submitted in this matter, the application of the USE PERMIT be, and the same is hereby granted, subject to the conditions stated on Page 2; and . HOURS OF OPERATION Evening activities rare permitted if they do not create noise obnoxious to surrounding residences. The hours of operation for indoor activities are limited to . : 000 a. m. • to 10: 00 p. m. Sunday through Thursday and all holidays , and 7: 00 a.m. to 11 : 00 p, m. on Friday, Saturday and any day preceding a holiday. The Planning Commission shall have the ability to 7eview the evening activities of tha club in the event complaints are received from adjoining homeowners. Phonographs , radios, or live entertai nment activities are not permitted after 8: 00 p. m.
