Reso 2544 8-TM-84 RESOLUTION NO. 2544 OF THE PLANNING COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF CUPERTINO APPROVING A TENTATIVE PARCEL MAP TO SUBDIVIDE APPROXIMATELY 5.8+- ACRES INTO 411 THREE PARCELS RANGING IN SIZE FROM 1 . 19+- ACRES TO 3.26+- ACRES. APPLICANT: Vallco Park, Ltd. (Rusty Pelican) ADDRESS: 10050 North Wolfe Road, Cupertino, CA 95014 SUBMITTED: July 2, 1984 LOCATION: Southwest corner of Wolfe Road and Pruneridge Avenue. FINDINGS AND SUBCONCLUSIONS: Approval is subject to the findings as set forth on Page 1 and subconclusions as set forth in the minutes of the Planning Commission meeting of August 13, 1984. CONDITIONS OF APPROVAL 1-15. STANDARD CONDITIONS Standard Conditions to the extent that they do not conflict with the special conditions enumerated herein. In the event a conflict does exist, special s ecial conditions as enumerated herein shall apply. 16. APPROVED EXHIBIT The approval is based upon Exhibit A of 8-TM-84 as may • be amended by additional conditions contained herein. 17. RECIPROCAL INGRESS/EGRESS The applicant shall record a covenant obligating existing and future property owners to enter into reciprocal ingress/egress easements with the adjoining property to the north and south at such time in the future as determined appropriate by the City. If said properties are under the same ownership as the subject property, the above-referenced agreements shall be placed in escrow and recorded upon sale of either property at no cost to the City. 18. PUBLIC STREET EXTENSION This approval in no way precludes the possibility of dedication and improvement of a public street from the existing Pruneridge Avenue in a southerly direction to serve the southern half of the subject property and/or the adjoining property to the south. 1 411 - CITY .4" OF CUPERTINO City Hall, 10300 Torre Avenue Cupertino, California 95014 Telephone: (408) 252-4505 RESOLUTION OF THE PLANNING COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF CUPERTINO APPROVING A TENTATIVE PARCEL MAP WHEREAS, the attached application has been submitted to the City of Cupertino requesting approval of a tentative parcel map; and WHEREAS, the Planning Commission has held at least one public hearing in regard to the application; and WHEREAS, the Planning Commission has duly considered and heard all evidence submitted in regard to said application; and WHEREAS, the necessary public notices have been given as required by the subdivision and procedural ordinances of the City of Cupertino. NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED: 110 1.
