RECOMMENDING OF A USE PERMIT REVISION TO MODIFY CERTAIN
ARCHITECTURAL ELEMENTS AND ADD CARPORT FACILITIES FOR A.
27-UNIT RESIDENTIAL DEVELOPMENT FOR HANDICAPPED
INDIVIDUALS.

SUBMITTED: September 10, 1984
LOCATION: Approximately 150 ft. south of Stevens Creek
Boulevard and 300 ft. east of Stelling Road.
All conditions as set forth in Planning Commission Resolution No.
2399 shall remain in full force and effect except as amended
herein.
Condition 15.
The approval is based upon Exhibit A 3rd Revision, B 1st Revision
and B-2 of Application 11-U-82 (Revised) as may be amended by
additional conditions contained herein.
