Reso 2582 • • • 7-U-69 RESOLUTION NO. 2582 OF THE PLANNING COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF CUPERTINO •GRANTING AN AMENDMENT TO USE PERMIT APPLICATION • 7-U-69 ALLOWING THE OPERATION OF A COMMERCIAL RIDING STABLE AND THE STABLING OF HORSES. • APPLICANT: Kenneth Brooks (Stevens Creek Ranch Stables) ADDRESS: 11050 Stevens Canyon Road, Cupertino, California 95014 SUBMITTED: November- 13, 1984 LOCATION: East side of Stevens Canyon Road approximately 1,000 ft. south of Ricardo Road Conditions 1 through 10 of Planning Commission Resolution No. 820 shall remain in full force and effect unless in conflict with additional conditions stated herein. In the event of a conflict the additional conditions stated herein shall apply. 1. The applicant shall relocate, the existing daytime staging corral to a site southerly of Stevens Creek in an area as outlined on Exhibit A subject to the approval of the Planning . Director. ector. This shall be accomplished within two months of the granting of this amendment no later than January 13, 1985. The applicant shall relocate the existing dumpster to the 411F. . location as indicated on Exhibit A immediately after approval • of this use permit. 3. ' Horses may be brought to. the existing tack house each morning for daily tacking. Upon completion of the tacking, the animals shall be returned to the staging corral located southerly of Stevens Creek. This process may be repeated each evening. , 4. A total of six horses may be kept . in the existing • stall/corral area located northerly of Stevens Creek as shown . on Exhibit A. 5. Upon completion of the actions required by Conditions 1 , 2, �,.. and: 4 above,. a City staff, person and the stable owner . shall ' be available at the request of the Rancho Deep Cliffe Homeowners Association to monitor any complaints alleged by the , Association.
