APPLICANT: Ursula Millett ADDRESS: 15131 El Quito Way, Saratoga, California 95070 SUBMITTED: September 26, 1984 LOCATION: Eaton School - Southeast Quadrant of Suisum Drive and Farallone Drive. FINDINGS AND SUBCONCLUSIONS: Approval is subject to the findings as set forth on Page 1 and the subconclusions as set forth in the minutes of the Planning Commission meeting of November 13, 1984. CONDITIONS: 1-15. STANDARD CONDITIONS Standard Conditions to the extent that they do not conflict with the special conditions enumerated herein. In the event a conflict does exist, the special conditions as enumerated herein shall apply. ® 16. APPROVED EXHIBITS That the recommendation of approval is based on Exhibits A • and A-1 of Application 20-U-84 except as may be amended by special conditions contained herein. 17. APPROVED USES Approval is granted to allow the operation of a private ballet school in one classroom (approximately 1,000 sq. ft. ) at the Eaton Elementary School facility. The maximum student load consisting of all students in all classes, • shall not exceed 100 and hours of operation are limited from 7:30 a.m. to 9:00 p.m. 18. NOISE Music or noise from the facility shall not be audible at the property line. 19. PARKING The Commission reserves the right to require additional on-site parking should parking activity encroach into the 411 adjoining neighborhood streets. • -1- • • I . That the use or uses are in conlfolrmance with the General Plan and is not detrimental to existing uses or to uses specifically permitted in the zone in which the proposed use is to be located. b. That the property involved is adequate in size and shape to accomodate the proposed use. c.
