AMENDING CONDITION NO. 22 AND APPROVING MINOR
MODIFICATIONS TO DELETE THREE PARKING SPACES AND ALLOW
A 52% COMPACT RATIO AS SHOWN ON EXHIBIT C 1ST REVISION.

Amending Condition 22 as follows:
22. Parking/Emgloyee Covenant
It is recognized that the subject site does not provide
adequate parking to house the expected number of
employees associated with the size of the building. The
applicant shall record a covenant agreeing to limit the
number of employees to no more than 66 total employees
including custodial , maintenance, and landscape as well
as office tenants within the subject building. The
applicant shall file an affidavit of employee count with
® the City upon the initial occupation and leasing of the
building and upon subsequent tenant changes verifying
that this covenant is complied with.
This covenant may be modified or rescinded by separate
• . action of the Cupertino City Council when it can be
• demonstrated to the Council ' s satisfaction that adequate .
• parking is provided through adjoining off-site
easements, reciprocal parking arrangements, employee
shuttle services, revisions of City Parking Standards or
changes in use.
