Parking/Emgloyee Covenant It is recognized that the subject site does not provide adequate parking to house the expected number of employees associated with the size of the building. The applicant shall record a covenant agreeing to limit the number of employees to no more than 66 total employees including custodial , maintenance, and landscape as well as office tenants within the subject building. The applicant shall file an affidavit of employee count with ® the City upon the initial occupation and leasing of the building and upon subsequent tenant changes verifying that this covenant is complied with.
