RECOMMENDING DENIAL OF MODIFICATIONS OF CONDITIONS
OF APPROVAL FOR LOT 15 OF TRACT NO. 5990 (2-TM-76
REVISED) TO ALLOW A SLIGHT ENCROACHMENT INTO THE RESTRICTIVE
BUILDING ZONE.

FINDINGS:
The recommendation for denial is based upon findings as set forth
on Page 1 and subconciusions as set forth in the Minutes of the
Planning Commission meeting of May 14, 1984.
The originally approved building area boundary provides adequate
space to locate a building. Therefore, the proposed encroachment
of a building into the established Restrictive Building Area
(seismic safety setback) is unwarranted.

meeting of the Planning Commission of the City of Cupertino,
