Small is transferred to Washington in the spring or summer, it will be reduced to five. It was felt a smaller group would be more efficient. Johnson, to call attention of the City Council that the graph used is ambiguous, and that it does not state that it should stop at 20 units per acre, and to offer two possible avenues for a remedy: 1. To limit the total development to a maximum of 20 units per acre, regardless of size, or 2. Put some limitation as to the number of buildings per lot. It is hereby recommended that the plans for the improvement of SCB from the easterly City Limits to Hwy 85 be approved with the follow - in recommendations: (1} Instead of a service median island, it is recommended that provision for planting be provided in place of PCC cap. (2) That a program be initiated by various interested civic groups to supply plantings in this median area, according to recommen- dations by City Forester.
