The objective of the acting is to foster communication between said
parties in order to create development standards which will meet land use
and design objective of all parties. The mutually develop objectives
will lead to the submittal of a rezoning application for the property
which will define the ultimate use and design for the property -
If a private application is not sultted by June 1990, the Director
of sty Development is directed to initiate a public hearing to
consider a rezoning classification of the property consistent with the
General Plano
