That upon careful considerationof maps, exhibits, facts® testimony and
other ' evidence suhnittod in this matter, the application for Minor
Modification of the Use Permit, according to the following conditions. -

on Exhibit A of 4 U,:88 date 03 01 88 is

p[°cted on Sate Diagram, Lot 19,11 dated 09/15/89, except'; as
modified by Condition 2 of this Resolution.
2. TREE PRESM6t TION
To ensnare adequate separation of construction from the existing
specimen trees on the site, the most. easterly wall of the building
depicted on the 09/15/89 diagram shall be reduced to the same vertical
plane as the foundation line depicted ore said diagram.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 9th day of October, 1989, at a regular meeting of
the Planing Commission of the City of Qjpe ' ino, State -of California, by
