WHEREAS, the Planning ion of the City of Cupertino received an
application. for a Tentative Subdivision flap, as described on Page 2 of
thisResolution; and
WHEREAS, the necessary public notices have been given as required by the
subdivision and Procedural Ordinances of the City of Cupertino, and the
Ply Commission has head at lit one Public Hearing in regard to the
application; and
WHEREAS, the Planning ion fin that the application meets the
