OF THE PLANNING COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF CUPERTINO
RECOMMENDING APPROVAL OF FRONT, BACK AND A SIDE YARD LOCATION FOR AN
APPROVED BUILDING SITE
SECTION I° FINDINGS
to The Planning Commission finds that the proposed yard interpretations
provide the best appropriate privacy separation relationship, from
all neighbors. The front yard orientation contributes toward the
open relationship with the park land across the street.
SECTION II: CONDITIONS OF APPROVAL
to This approval is based upon Exhibit 1 of application 8M-88o
20 The front yard of lot 7 faces Parkside Lane along the cul-de-sac and
easternmost property line. This orientation results in a rear yard
facing the western property line and a side yard facing Regnart
Creek.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 24th day of Octobers 1988 at a Regular Meeting of
the Planning Comnnisson of the City of Cupertino by the following roll
