RESIDENTIAL ORDINANCE RELATING TO EXTENSION ALONG EXISTING BUILDING LINES
Interpretation as follows°
Existing building lines may be extended horizontally provided the
extention is a continuation of an existing wall plane. The Planning
Commission interprets that the wall plane must be a minimum of 10 ft.
in length and that the wall may not be extended in a manner which
projects from the existing wall plane.
Refer to the staff report dated September 12, 1988 and the discussion
which took place at the Planning Commission Meeting of September 26,
1988 regarding Mr. Scott Fu ck°s house located on September Drive.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 26th day of September, 1988 at a Regular Meeting
of the Planning Commission of the City of Cupertino by the following roll
