Reso 4105RESOLUTION NO. 4105 (MINUTE ORDER) OF THE PLANNING COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF CUPERTINO MODIFYING THE INTERPRETATION OF THE'PLG DIRECTOR RELATIVE TO THE DEFINITION OF A FENCE The fence interpretation involved property located at 7585 DeFoe Drive The Planning Commission made the following findings regarding the definition of a fence: to The fence can include horizontal cross members that are perpendicular to the main vertical body of the fence as long as said members are less than or equal. to 5 feet in length and as long as the spacing of said members do not result in less than 75% open area. 20 The fence can include detached vertical posts connected to horizontal cross member as Tong as the center line of the .post does not exceed 1811 from the center line of the fence. 3. The fence can be designed to support vegetation which may close in the open space discussed in Finding 1. 4.
