We are the neighbors of 21865 San Fernando Ave. We hope that the owner will not build the 2"' story
balcony w-id carport to lave the backyard open and secure and to be in harmony with neighborhood.
We are residents of Cupertino. Regarding, 21865 San Femando Ave. expansion project, we believe that
building a two-story structure and a second story balcony' in. the backyard overlooking all neighbors'
properties, blocking neigh ors' views; and. destroying backyard openness are verb- inconsiderate to
neighbors and will have a negative impact to the neighborhood. 1'ven though we are not directly
affected by this protruding expansion, -for the sake of a better City of Cupertino, we hope that the
Planning Commissioners will. hear our voice and: not approve the construction. of this second story
balcony.
