15. Approval is based upon Exhibit A of 13-TM-75 as may be modified by
additional conditions contained herein.
16. That the applicant/owner shall provide data relative to flood risk from
Calabazas Creek prior -to review of subsequent definitive development
plans (use permit) .
17. That the front driveway and parking easement referred to in Condition
18 of Planning Commission Resolution 1461 be recorded prior to or
