DENYING A PROPOSED AMENDMENT TO THE CORE AREA LAND
USE ELEMENT OF THE GENERAL PLAN PERTAINING TO THE
REMOVAL OF 3.15 ACRES LOCATED WITHIN VALLCO PARK
FROM AN UNDEVELOPABLE TO A DEVELOPABLE STATUS.
THE COMMISSION FINDS THE CONCEPT OF SHIFTING LANDS
FROM THE STAGE IV UNDEVELOPABLE STATUS TO A_ -
DEVELOPABLE STATUS IS ACCEPTABLE.IF TRAFFIC IMPACTS
REMAIN CONSTANT,
THE DENIAL OF THE SUBJECT CORE PLAN AMENDMENT IS
BASED UPON THE UNWILLINGNESS OF VALLCO PARK, LTD,
TO FULLY OFFSET THE INCREASED PEAK HOUR TRAFFIC
GENERATED BY DEVELOPMENT OF THE SUBJECT 3.15 ACRES
BY REDUCING THE TRAFFIC GENERATION OF APPROVED
PROJECTS IN STAGES I AND IIe
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 13th day of October, 1975, at a regular meeting of
the Planning Commission of the City of Cupertino, State of California,.by the
following roll call vote:
