PC Reso 1453MEN 8--TM- 7 5 RESOLUTION NO 1453 OF THE PLANNING COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF CUPERTINO RECOMMENDING THE APPROVAL OF A TENTATIVE MAP TO DIVIDE 7.7 ACRES INTO FIVE PARCELS APPLICANT Dr. Joseph Fe Brown ADDRESS Pe Oo Box C, Cupertino, California 95014 SUBMITTED: September 17, 1975 LOCATION: Northerly of the intersection of Lazaneo Drive and Bandley Drive on the easterly and westerly side of Bandley Drive extending northerly for 'a distance of approximately 500 ft. ZONE: 0.937 acres - P (Planned Development with industrial intent) 0.545 acres - P (Planned Development with commercial intent) ACREAGE: 1.48 acres ------------------------------------------------------------------------------ CONDITIONS AND FURTHER FINDINGS: Findings: 1. The Commission finds that the tentative map 8-TM-75 is consistent with the General Plano .Conditions 1-14. StandardConditions to the extent that they do .not conflict with the special conditions enumerated herein. In the event a .conflict does exist, the special conditions as enumerated herein shall apply.. 15. That the approval is based upon tentative map Exhibit A of;8-TM-75o 16. That the applicant shall construct a mini cul-de-sac for Garden Gate Drive and Hanford Drive at such time as development commences.on tentative map Parcels A or B. 17. In the event that a traffic signal becomes warranted ;at the intersection of Greenleaf and Saratoga -Sunnyvale Road and Lazaneo.Drive and Saratoga - Sunnyvale Road, the applicant shall agree to participate in the construc- tion of said signal in an amount determined appropriate by the City Council, 18. On an interim basis, Parcel E shall be all -owed direct access on Saratoga Sunnyvale Road if no other access is available provided that the property owner agrees to.enter into an agreement to improve the rear access drive as specified in Condition 22 of Resolution No. 1438 in proportion to the. rear frontage of said drive. 1.9. The applicant shall prepare a reciprocal vehicular circulation easement to allow joint vehicular access between Parcels A and B in a manner to reflect the approved Planned Development and Use Permit site plans (2-Z-75) (4-U-75) for an industrial development involving both Parcels A and Be �1# 8-TM-75 Planning Comm. Resolution No. 1453 (continued) 20. The 20 ft. and 10 ft. public service easement ingress and egress shall be written in a manner so as to allow access to said ease- ment for the lands of Brown contiguous to and northerly of the pro- posed subdivision, Lands of Spain, Lands of Postey, Lands of Durkee, Lands of City of Cupertino and Lands of Murphy.
