1-14, Standard -Conditions to the extent that they do not conflict with the
special conditions enumerated herein. In the event a conflict does
exist, the special conditions as enumerated herein shall apply.
15. The approval is based on Exhibit A`of 5-TM-75 as may be amended by
additional conditions contained herein.
16o All`'buil'dings `and` -'fences` shall -he constructed on °or within the lot
lines. The buildings and fences shall be located as described on
the 'precise site plan reviewed..by the Architectural, and Site Approval
Committee and 'approved ;by City Council.
The_Covenants, Conditions and Restrictions shall contain a statement
informing individual lot buyers that the lot area outside of the
building area and fence area that is .described as common area on the
approved Architectural and Site Approval Committee plan shall be
developed and maintained as commonarea°
17 The applicant.shall submit a. plan to_the Building Department describ-
ing a method of.protecting the 5-fto diameter oak tree during street
grading and building construction.
