Access to Welcoming Spaces: Behavior Policy Update SCCLD libraries are open 7 days/week and incredibly popular, seeing over 10,000 visits each day. To ensure that each patron benefits from Library District access—in a non-judgmental, safe, and welcoming environment—the library utilizes a standards of behavior policy.
