PC Reso 1336General Plan Amendment 74-1 RESOLUTION NO. 1336 OF C=YISSION OF THE CITY OF CUPERTINO APPROVING AN AMENDMENT TO THE GENERAL PLAN - LAND USE ELE:IFNT CORE AREA 1973 CO_:CE^`:I`:G A.PPpOHI'�L,%TELY THIRTEEN ACRES LOCATED [•:ITHIN THE NORTHTdEST QUADRANT OF THE INTERSECTION OF STEVENS CREEK BOULEVARD ANM STELLING ROAD kTHEREAS, the Planning Commission, upon consideration of the property located within the northwest quadrant of the intersection of Stevens Creek Boulevard and Stelling Road, has concluded its deliberations in assessing the various impacts of an amendment to the general plan to designate this area as residential/recreational with incidental commercial activities and a residential density not to exceed a range of between 4 to 16 dwelling units per acre. NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED: 1. That the Planning Commission hereby approves an amendment to the general plan land use element Core Area 1973 as set forth in Exhibits A and A-1, attached hereto, and made a part hereof. 2. That the Planning commission authorizes the Planning Commission Chairman to endorse said approval as provided on Exhibit A. 3. That the Planning Commission further transmits the approved documents to the City Council for their consideration and adoption.
