RESOLUTION NO. 1874
A RESOLUTION OF THE PLANNING COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF CUPERTINO
TRANSMITTING A REPORT TO THE CITY COUNCIL REGARDING CITY COUNCIL
CHANGES TO THE GENERAL PLAN LAND USE ELEMENT AMENDMENT EMBODIED
IN PLANNING COMMISSION RESOLUTION NO. 1851
WHEREAS, the City Council, by consensus votes, recorded on June 27, 1978,
made the following changes to the aforementioned plan:
1. Site E:
Planning Commission recommendation:
Planned Commercial/Residential mix 10-20 per acre density range
City Council consensus vote:
Planned Residential with 20-35 per acre density range
2. Site G:
Planning Commission recommendation:
Planned Commercial/Light Industrial/Residential mix with
10-20 per acre density range
City Council consensus vote:
Planned Commercial/Residential mix with a 10-25 per acre
density range
3. Site H:
® Planning Commission recommendation:
Planned Residential with a 10-20 per acre density range
City Council consensus vote:
Planned Light Industrial
4. Site N:
Planning Commission recommendation:
Planned Commercial/Residential mix with 10-20 per acre
density range
City Council consensus vote:
Planned Residential with 10-20 per acre density range
NOW THEREFORE, the Planning Commission after due consideration of the City
Council consensus votes, hereby submits the following recommendations:
1. Site E:
The site should be designated Planned Residential with
a density range of 10-20 dwelling units per acre.
2. Site G:
The site should be designated Planned Conunercial/Light
Industrial/Residential Mix with a density range of 10-25
dwelling units per acre.

The Planning Commission concurs with the City Council
consensus vote.
4. Site N:
The site should be designated Planned Commercial/
Residential Mix with the density range of 10-20
dwelling units per acre range.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 24th day of July, 1978, at a regular meeting of the
Planning Commission of the City of Cupertino, State of California.
