Reso 2091RESOLUTION NO. 2091 A RESOLUTION OF THE PLANNING COM11ISSION OF THE CITY OF CUPERTINO RECOMMENDING AMENDMENT OF THE LAND USE ELEMENT OF THE COMPREHENSIVE GENERAL PLATA. WHEREAS, the Planning Commission has held public hearings involving written reports and testimony from Planning Staff, directly affected property owners, and citizens in general, and WHEREAS, the Planning Commission has concluded its deliberation relative to the Land Use Element revision of said General Plan. NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED: C� 1. That the Planning Commission approves the Land Use Amendment to the City of Cupertino General Plan as set forth in Exhibit A attached hereto and made a part thereof. r 2. The Planning Commission hereby authorizes the Chairman of the Planning Commission to endorse said adoption. The site is currently. undeveloped and is adjoined by a new shopping complex on the east, a single-family neighborhood on the south, and a retail furniture sales on the west.
