1. February 13,2019-Commissioner Vemula motions to approve minutes. Commissioner Tung
seconds motion.Motion passes unanimously.

2. <hack>Cupertino 2019
Planning continued for<hack>Cupertino 2019 and action items were given to Commissioners.
3. If I Were Mayor Contest
Final decisions were made regarding the If I Were Mayor contest.Items were requested from City
staff for follow-up.
4. Defining Relationship between the City of Cupertino and the Cupertino Historical Society
Commissioner Chan motioned to recommend to City Council to formally designate the Cupertino
Historical Society and Museum as the City's official archivist,with the mission to preserve the
history of the City,for the City of Cupertino.Commissioner Venkatasubramanian seconded the
motion.Motion passes with 6 yes votes.Commissioner Tan,Shearin,and Subramanyam absent.
5. Signing up for Commission meetings
Commissioners signed up to attend other City commission meetings.

Commissioner Vemula passed along a request from Commissioner Tan to add
"Community Involvement"to the following agenda.
