and future property- owners to enter into reciprocal
ingress/egress easements with the adjoining ;property to the

appropriate by the City. If said properties are under the
same ownership as the subject property, the
above -referenced agreements shall be placed in escrow and
recorded upon sale of either property at no cost to the
City.
