CITY OF CUPERTINO the current draft anned Development 81,004.1.26 1. The Commission concurs with all sections of the ordinance as drafted. with the exception of Section 7.2. The Commission is in basic agree- ment with the concept of _i.nitial aesthetic input as a means to strengthen the evaluation of planned develop.nent. However, the Commission is concerned about the mechanics and format of the initial review and the nature and/or al, -_e -up of the initial reviewing; body. 2. The Commission requests that 'he Council provide a. clear definition: of its desires relative to ea_ly aesthetic input not only with respect to the planned development or in.ance but relati-,,re to the roles and responsibil-ities of the Planning Commission and Architectural and Site Approval Committee in the total development approval processi 3.
