Reso 1889f _ 81,089 .3 RESOLUTION NO. 1889 (Minute Order) OF THE PLANNING COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF CUPERTINO FORWARDING A RECOMMENDATION TO THE CITY COUNCIL REGARDING THE PROPOSED SAN JOSE/CUPERTINO BOUNDARY SHIFT. The Planning Commission finds the tentatively approved boundary of the transfer area in the vicinity of Saratoga-Sunnyvale Road to be unacceptable from a planning point of view. The proposed boundary line which generally follows the westerly boundary line of commercial and multiple family zoned properties fronting on Saratoga-Sunnyvale Road will result in lack of control and accountability for all parties involved in future conflicts which are inherent when low-intensity residential development borders commercial and high-intensity multi-family development.
