Reso 1665 6-U-73 (Amendment) RESOLUTION NO. 1665 OF THE PLANNING COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF CUPERTINO 411110 RECOMMENDING APPROVAL OF AMENDMENT TO USE PERMIT 6-U-73 TO ALLOW CONSTRUCTION OF AN APPROXIMATE 9,000 SQ. FT. RESTAURANT. APPLICANT: Vallco Park, Ltd. ADDRESS: P. 0. Drawer V, Cupertino, California 95014 SUBMITTED: February 18, 1977 LOCATION: Vallco Fashion Park easterly of Wolfe Rd. approximately 200 ft. southerly of Freeway Route 280. FINDINGS AND SUBCONCLUSIONS: Approval is recommended subject to the findings as set forth on Page 1 and subconclusions as set forth in the minutes of the Planning Commission meeting of March 14, 1977. CONDITIONS: 1-14. Standard Conditions to the extent that they do not conflict with the special conditions enumerated herein. In the event a conflict does exist, the special conditions enumerated herein shall apply. , 15. The approval is based upon Exhibit -A as may be modified by additional conditions contained herein. 16. The applicants shall submit to the Architectural and Site Approval Committee an alternative plan detailing installation of an auxillary pedestrian walkway and Bomanite street pavement section extending to the east R/W line of the ramp 'roadway near the southeast corner of the proposed restaurant. Said auxiliary plan shall be approved conceptually along with comprehensive Architectural and Site Approval Committee evaluation of the proposed restaurant, and shall be implemented at such future time as the Director of Public Works determines that unsafe pedestrian circulation patterns to the restaurant entry can be alleviated by installation of said auxiliary walkway. 17. The Architectural and Site Approval Committee shall review plans for pedestrian access from the parking lot located northerly of the perimeter road to the restaurant site.
